Swaps & suggestions

This recipe is very versitile. 
If you'd like to lower the carbohydrates (for a strict ketogenic diet) you can leave out the fruit altogether. 

For more fun, add:
  • Peppermint essence 
  • Vanilla essence 
  • Ground ginger 
  • Cinnamon 
For added protein, swap 1:1 the cocoa for your favourite low carb protein powder.
