Introducing Veronique, an acute care nurse with extensive knowledge in internal medicine, oncology, and haematology. Her dedication to empowering individuals to overcome chronic illness and reduce their reliance on medication led her to found Our Low Carb Life Clinic. With a love for keto and a drive to help those with diabetes, she is currently pursuing certification as a Diabetes Educator.

Veronique's dedication to health literacy has led to her being a presenter at the Low Carb Down Under Conference 2022 and Clinical Services Manager at Diversa Health.

Believing that cooking is a powerful tool for fostering connection and community, she understands the importance of practical, delicious, and budget-friendly recipes that the entire family can enjoy. As an experienced healthcare professional, Veronique knows that patients are more likely to maintain dietary changes when they learn how to cook and can prepare meals with or for their loved ones.

Diversa's results have been published, with success in supporting patients in weight loss, reduced medication use and type 2 diabetes remission. Veronique's work has been recognized through guest speaker invitations and award wins such as the Hesta Australian Nursing & Midwifery Awards and Graduate Nurse of the Year award at Alfred Health. A graduate from Deakin University and intern at The Noakes Foundation, Cape Town, South Africa, Veronique is committed to making a difference in people's lives through her love for metabolism and mitochondria.
